Dans cette formation, vous découvrirez, au fil des recettes simples à appliquer dans un menu complet, les techniques de base de la cuisine: préparations préliminaires de tous les types de produits, sauces liées, pâtes simples, potages, crèmes de base, marinades, beurres composés …) en appliquant des modes de cuissons simples (ragouts, fritures, pochages, vapeur …).
A l’issue du niveau 1 (5 mois), vous pouvez vous perfectionner en suivant le niveau 2.
