Dans cette formation, vous approfondirez, au fil de recettes à appliquer dans un menu complet, les techniques de base de la cuisine: préparations préliminaires de tous les types de produits, sauces liées, pâtes simples, potages, crèmes de base, marinades, beurres composés …) en appliquant des modes de cuissons simples (ragouts, fritures, pochages, vapeur …).
Une participation financière sera demandée aux étudiants pour les matières premières utilisées et consommées aux cours.
